1. Introduction

Bestarose CL(Cross Link)-4B and Bestarose CL-6B are 4% and 6% agarose, respectively, through emulsification, cleaning, cross-linking and screening of gel filtration resin. Because of its wide separation range, it is used for the separation and purification or detection of polysaccharides, nucleic acids, viruses and other biological macro molecules. The resin is also often used as a substrate for affinity, hydrophobic, ion exchange chromatography. Bestarose CL-4B and Bestarose CL-6B are crosslinked on the basis of the gel of Bestarose 4B and Bestarose 6B with a bi-functional crosslinker, with the same separation range. The physical and chemical properties of Bestarose 4B and Bestarose 6B are significantly improved, and the resin can withstand autoclaving at 121℃.
