1. Introduction

Chromdex 30 PG (prep grade), Chromdex 75 PG and Chromdex 200 PG are based on high crosslinked agarose and filled with crosslinked dextran. Their average particle size is 34μm. They have both high selectivity of dextran and physical properties of agarose, high resolution and high hardness. The column bed is a good choice for fine purification stage due to its small variation with buffer concentration, stable chemical properties, low non-specific adsorption, high recovery and easy amplification.
