● Novo-A Diamond ●

Novo-A Diamond is a next-generation alkali-tolerant Protein A affinity resin independently developed by Bestchrom. It offers excellent alkaline tolerance and pressure–flow performance. The resin is suitable for the capture of monoclonal antibodies and Fc-fusion proteins from large-volume cell culture feedstocks, as well as the capture of polyclonal antibodies from ascites or plasma.

Novo-A Diamond offers the following advantages:

● Stable dynamic binding capacity: ≥65 mg human IgG/mL packed resin at a 6 min residence time;

● Excellent alkaline tolerance: The alkali-tolerant ligand withstands CIP with 0.5–1.0 M NaOH;

● Mild elution: In addition to conventional low-pH elution, efficient elution can be achieved at pH 4.0–4.5, making it particularly suitable for molecules sensitive to low-pH conditions and helping improve product purity while reducing aggregate levels;

● Excellent pressure–flow performance: Supports high flow rates with low backpressure while maintaining high binding capacity, enabling efficient operation in large-scale manufacturing;

● Excellent scalability: Consistent lot-to-lot performance helps maintain stable product quality and reliable manufacturing.

● Diamond CD-S ●

Diamond CD-S is a high-resolution cation exchange resin widely used in polishing and intermediate purification steps. It provides effective separation of acidic and basic variants in monoclonal antibody purification and efficient aggregate removal. With tolerance to 15% DMSO, it is also suitable for purification following ADC conjugation. Its high resolution also supports the purification of polyclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins.

Diamond CD-S offers the following advantages:

High resolution and high binding capacity: ≥100 mg IgG/mL packed resin, supporting efficient purification;

High salt tolerance: Maintains high binding capacity even at relatively high salt concentrations;

High pressure tolerance: Made with a highly rigid agarose matrix with a particle size of 60 μm and capable of withstanding pressures up to 5 bar;

Excellent scalability: Consistent lot-to-lot performance helps maintain stable product quality and reliable manufacturing;

Chemical stability: Tolerant to 15% DMSO, supporting a broader range of applications.
